The Business Immigration Program seeks to attract experienced business people to Canada who will support the development of a strong and prosperous Canadian economy.
Business immigrants are expected to make a C$400,000 investment or to own and manage businesses in Canada.
Each application can be made for only one class and cannot be changed once the application is submitted. The criteria you must meet to qualify are different for each class.
To be eligible for Family Class Sponsorship, individuals who wish to immigrate to Canada must have a close relative willing to sponsor them and that relative must either be a Canadian citizen or a Canadian permanent resident.
The Provincial Nomination Program (PNP) allows provinces to nominate individuals who wish to immigrate to Canada and who are interested in settling in a particular province.
Provincial nominees are selected based on their ability to contribute to the province’s economic development. Usually, but not always, a genuine Canadian job offer from an employer within the province is a requirement under the Provincial Nomination Program. Provincial nominees are not assessed on the six selection factors of the Federal Skilled Workers Program.
Most provinces in Canada participate in the Provincial Nomination Program. Participating provinces sign agreements with Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) that allow the provinces to directly select immigrants who meet the requirements they have established. UNDER CANADA STUDENT VISA there are three options:

SPP (Student Partners Program):The provinces regulate education and schools in Canada. Canada immigration has started a SPP (Student Partners Program) exclusively for India and China. From year 2011 the no. of Colleges participating in this program has increased to 43 colleges. This SPP program is only limited to these 43 Colleges. IELTS requirment is set to minimum of overall 6.0 bands with no less than 5.5 in any module. And to open a GIC account with Scotia Bank in Canada is also there.

Benifits of SSP:Student has to only show 1 year living expences and 1 year tution fee, where 10,000 CAD$ are to be deposited in Scotia Bank under GIC Deposit as proof of Living expense which student can withdraw every second month 2000 CAD$. But if you application is refused the you can not refile under SPP program again. You can apply under General Student Canada. So students it one chance you have please fullfill all the requirments and then file your application. For Post Diploma and Degree programs college requirments are 6.5 Overall not 6.0. This SPP program is to attract students for Post Secondary studies mostly.
General Student Visa OR NON-SPP program:We can also assist you in getting admission in following colleges and universities in Canada or any college of your desire. Pay one semester college fee and should have bank education loan letter – recommended.
University Student:Same requirments as General Student.
On January 2015 Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) opened a new electronic system to manage permanent resident Visa applications for some of their economic programs called the “Express Entry”.
Through this program, the government of Canada is able to actively recruit, assess and select new immigrants.
This program is applicable to those who will apply for the Federal Skilled Worker program, the Federal Skilled Trades program, the Canadian Experience Class and some of the Provincial Nominee program.
